Richard Morris is a Certified EOS Implementer based in Bishop's Stortford, helping business owners and leadership teams get more clarity, more traction, and more time back.

He co-founded NorthPoint Communications, building it from startup to a $2 billion NASDAQ listing in 1999, and has spent the years since working with privately held businesses across multiple sectors to help them build stronger, more scalable organisations. He also co-founded TheGivingMachine - a charity that has helped thousands of community organisations across the UK with over £2.4m in funds.

Richard runs regular workshops and talks introducing business owners and charities to EOS — the Entrepreneurial Operating System used by over 35,000 companies worldwide.
