RHUM TAVERN — LONDON'S MOST EXTRAORDINARY BAR EXPERIENCE

48 Margaret Street, Oxford Circus, London W1W 8SE

═══════════════════════════════════════════════════

Welcome aboard The Inferno.

Rhum Tavern is not a bar that tries to look like a 17th-century pirate ship. It is a 17th-century pirate ship, hand-built from the ground up by founder Gabriel de-Vere into 1,750 square feet of absolute immersion.

The moment you step through the door, you leave London behind.

Curved timber walls rise around you, salvaged from maritime architecture and fitted by hand. A bar counter runs the length of the room, cast in clear resin with real gold doubloons suspended inside it — a decision made not for decoration but for authenticity. Skull-shaped glassware. Barrel-lined walls stacked with 400+ rare and exceptional rum expressions — the largest collection in London. Hidden doors. Candlelight. The smell of rum, wood, and centuries-old adventure.

This is the setting. But it's not the experience.

Rhum Tavern exists to serve the finest cocktails in London, crafted by bartenders who understand that rum is not a commodity — it's a story. Every drink on the menu is an expedition. Dead Men Tell No Tales arrives in a skull glass filled with a carefully constructed narrative of passion fruit, red wine, and theatre. The Inferno is served in a coconut and set alight. The Parlay is built around 400+ spirits you can taste, understand, and take home in your memory.

But more than the cocktails, more than the setting, it's the crew that makes Rhum Tavern singular.

Rhum Tavern is three minutes from Oxford Circus. Moments from Fitzrovia's galleries and offices. Accessible, hidden, and entirely unforgettable.

This is not a themed bar.

This is a place.
