Coaching Teenagers & the Adults Who Live & Work Alongside Them | Creating Space to Think Out Loud | Amplifying Teen Voices Through Podcast & Practice | MSc Behaviour Change
My work centres on creating meaningful conversations with young people—helping them articulate their experiences, question assumptions, and develop a stronger sense of self.
These stories offer valuable insight for parents, educators and organisations seeking to understand teenagers more deeply.
At the heart of my work is connection: opening up spaces where teenagers and adults can meet each other with curiosity rather than certainty.
My background blends the academic and the embodied. I hold an MSc in Coaching & Behaviour Change, I’m a qualified coach, and I use creative approaches like Systemic Constellations and Physical Intelligence to unlock new ways of thinking, feeling, and growing — especially in young people navigating high-pressure, high-noise worlds.
My work engages both head and heart, helping people move beyond limiting assumptions into clarity, purpose, and progress. I’m deeply committed to doing things differently — designing interactions where real behaviour change can take root.
