We are a community organisation supporting autistic and neurodivergent girls aged 14–17 through safe, inclusive, and structured social activities. Our mission is to reduce isolation, build confidence, and create opportunities for young people to form friendships in environments where they feel understood and supported.

We host weekly groups, holiday programmes, wellbeing activities, and community outings designed around the needs of neurodivergent young people. Activities include creative workshops, sensory-friendly experiences, outdoor activities, social events, and confidence-building sessions.

Our sessions are supported by experienced staff and volunteers, including individuals with lived experience, helping us create welcoming spaces where young people can relax, connect, and thrive.
