Lamped by Nicky Phillips

Nicky Phillips has loved creating and sewing from an early age. Today she designs and makes hand-stitched, bespoke and upcycled lampshades, each crafted with care and individuality.

Using both new frames and fabrics for commissioned pieces, as well as restoring vintage and upcycled frames, Nicky gives forgotten materials a new lease of life. She often works with vintage fabrics whose subtle imperfections only enhance their character, adding unique charm and story behind every lampshade.
