Gina is an event strategist and designer based in London with a career spanning journalism, video production and international event management across multiple cultures and languages.

As the founder of Events Upon Thames, a boutique event strategy and design company, Gina has built a reputation for creating experiences that go far beyond logistics. Her Human-First philosophy places people at the centre of every decision, from the moment guests receive their invitation to the moment they leave the room.

She is the creator of The Visible Woman Framework, an original philosophy built on the belief that you cannot build a visible business from an invisible self. The framework explores three interconnected dimensions of visibility, market, self and inner, and Build Visibility with Elegance is its first public expression.
