Misruptors

Missruptors is a women's community built on one simple idea: some conversations are too important to keep having in whispers.

We're creating spaces where women can gather, question, learn, unlearn, connect, laugh, challenge, heal, and occasionally disrupt the status quo.

Part community. Part conversation. Part gentle rebellion.

From women's health panels and storytelling events to workshops, exhibitions, discussions and community gatherings, Missruptors explores the issues that shape women's lives, our bodies, our well-being, our relationships, our work, our histories and our futures.

We're especially interested in the conversations that don't always have a home elsewhere. The questions that feel too awkward to ask. The experiences that often go unheard. The knowledge that should be shared more freely.

Our events bring together professionals, practitioners, artists, advocates, and women with lived experience to create spaces that are informative, welcoming, thought-provoking and deeply human.

No jargon.

No gatekeeping.

No pretending we've got it all figured out.

Just honest conversations, meaningful connections and a growing community of women showing up for themselves and each other.

Because disruption doesn't always look like shouting.

Sometimes it looks like women gathering in a room and finally talking about what's really going on.
