Take part in the Circuit of Bath Challenge for Alongside (new name for Julian House). Our charity has a new name and a new look. But our commitment to supporting people experiencing social exclusion is the same as ever.

We provide compassionate, shoulder-to-shoulder support, informed by experience and grounded in trust. Almost half of our team share lived experience with the clients they support, bringing empathy, understanding and solidarity to their work.

Our work has grown significantly over the years. Today, we support people facing many forms of social exclusion, including homelessness, domestic abuse, addiction, poor mental health, refugee resettlement, leaving prison and barriers faced by travelling communities.

As Alongside, we will continue to deliver our well-established services while building a clearer pathway of support for clients at every stage of their journey: from prevention, through crisis, towards recovery, independence and inclusion.

And we will be Alongside people all the way – offering the support they need now and driving the change which will mean fewer people have to face social exclusion in the future.
