We have a successful track record of delivering Disability Awareness and Neurodiversity Awareness training to employers, partner organisations, and stakeholders, helping businesses build confidence, understanding, and inclusive workplaces. We also work collaboratively with Imagine the Possibilities, supporting young people through events, conferences, employer networking activities, Digital Futures initiatives, and careers-focused engagement opportunities. These partnerships enable us to connect employers with emerging talent while promoting positive attitudes towards disability and neurodiversity in the workplace

The team brings extensive local knowledge and strong community presence, having built trusted relationships with participants, partners, and employers across the county. We maintain relationships with over 3000 employers and business contacts that have worked with us directly or indirectly across a range of employment, skills, and inclusion initiatives. These well-established connections provide a strong platform for employer engagement, job brokerage, work experience opportunities, and the promotion of inclusive recruitment practices.
