Nest & Vine began with a simple idea: create a space that adapts to how people actually live. Not just a wine bar, not just a café, but a place that moves with you through the day.

We opened in Blackheath in 2026 because we saw a neighbourhood that deserved a gathering place. Somewhere you could start your morning with coffee, work through the afternoon, and stay for evening drinks with friends.

We believe wine should be approachable, not intimidating. Our list focuses on small producers who care about their craft—winemakers we've met, vineyards we've visited, bottles we're genuinely excited to share.

The same goes for food. Simple, seasonal ingredients prepared well. Nothing overcomplicated, just honest cooking that complements the wine.
