Aurelian Within is a Worthing-based men’s wellbeing community creating free opportunities for men aged 18+ to get outdoors, challenge themselves and reconnect. Our events are simple, informal and open to everyone, with a focus on nature, physical challenge and shared experience.

Our High Tide Sea Dips encourage men to begin sea dipping during the warmer months, build confidence and consistency, then gradually follow the falling sea temperatures through autumn and into winter. It is about discipline, resilience and learning to stay calm when the body wants to retreat.

Alongside sea dips, Aurelian Within hosts walks, outdoor meet-ups and other community events designed to get men away from everyday pressures and back into the real world.

There is no competition, no bravado and no pressure to perform.
