Alison founded AJP Training in 2023 after 30 years working in Health and Social Care as a training professional . Alison has since 2025 concentrated on delivering First Aid Training. AJP Training is a centre with FAIB ( First Aid Industry Board) so training is accredited. Alison also supports the use of VR as part of her training courses in First Aid. This gives the delegates after practising their CPR and use of an AED the opportunity to try their skills in a simulated environment.
