AuDHD and then some
AuDHD and Then Some is an inclusive neurodivergent community created to help people feel understood, supported and less alone.
Through welcoming webinars, workshops and honest conversations, we explore autism, ADHD, AuDHD, late diagnosis, masking, burnout, emotional regulation, relationships and everyday neurodivergent life. Our events combine accessible information with lived experience, gentle humour and genuine community connection.
Everyone is welcome, whether you are diagnosed, self-identifying, awaiting an assessment, supporting someone neurodivergent or simply hoping to learn more.
Our events provide peer support and education. They are not therapy, medical care or a replacement for professional advice.
Come exactly as you are. Cameras can be on or off, participation is always optional, and there is never any pressure to mask.
