What we believe.
Training should make small teams more capable, not more dependent. We teach the way a good driving instructor teaches driving: in the actual vehicle, on real roads, with someone calm sitting next to you. Every course ends with something you've actually built: a prompt, a draft, or a workflow you can use the next morning.
