Organised Minds is an organisational psychology consultancy based in Birmingham, founded by Piroska. It exists to explain why people behave the way they do at work, and what you can do about it.

The Decoded sessions each take one workplace behaviour, such as silence in meetings, a toxic team dynamic or a resignation nobody saw coming, and break it down using research and real experience. Free online sessions run live on YouTube. In-person sessions in Birmingham add hands-on practice and time to meet other people.

Piroska holds an MSc in Organisational and Business Psychology and has worked across seven industries. Every session is practical, grounded in evidence and free of sales pitches.
