We are We Are Frieda CIC, a Black feminist training, consultancy and advocacy organisation working to end domestic and sexual abuse. We are the sector's first and only Black and Black mixed-heritage IIDSVA training provider, accredited by OCN London, and our work takes a "systems not symptoms" approach that challenges harm at its root.

Through the We Are Frieda Training Academy we offer free taster sessions, short two-hour modules and multi-day programmes for practitioners, services and faith and community leaders. Every session is built on our anti-oppressive principles, our own research with racialised victim-survivors and over a decade of sector experience. We believe living free from oppression is a fundamental human right for every survivor.
