Healthy Working Lives Lanarkshire - Scotland

Healthy Working Lives (HWL) is a free NHS Scotland service, part of Public Health Scotland, supporting employers to improve workplace health, safety and wellbeing. Our aim is to help organisations create productive, inclusive and sustainable workplaces where people can thrive physically and mentally.

Our HWL Workplace Q&A sessions provide short, practical guidance on topics such as attendance management, return-to-work support and building a positive workplace wellbeing culture.

We also promote Working Health Services Scotland (WHSS), a free and confidential NHS-funded service for the self-employed and small to medium-sized businesses. WHSS supports employees whose health is affecting their ability to work through quick referrals and access to professional support such as physiotherapy and counselling.

Our online Q&A sessions and Lunch and Learn workshops are free for Scottish-based workplaces.
