I have been baking for over 20 years and decorating cakes for almost 7 years and find it both relaxing and a great way to show my artistic flair.  Up until I opened Essence of Cake, for the last 19 years, I was working in corporate organisations as a IT/Life Skills Trainer and People Developer.  To combine my two passions is an absolute joy and I look forward to sharing my cake decorating knowledge with you.
