Jen Wilson, author of Become a Warrior Woman, 9 Rules to Sort Your Shit, body mind & soul coach, and creator of Warrior Woman Project® courses and workshops has been working in the health, fitness and wellbeing industry for nearly a decade and has a passion for helping people feel better, move better and think better. As well as teaching Yoga she also teached Pilates and is a fully qualified massage therapist and Reiki practitioner.Â
She has used her own principles to help herself be able to live with Crohn's medication and symptom free.Â
