Su is an Executive and HR Coach, International Speaker and Author.

She has learnt, the hard way, the importance of having multiple sources of income. After her redundancy she decided that as a single mum, she needed to create more stability and security for herself and her daughter.
She made many valuable mistakes along the way but, by being open to education and taking risks, she has diversified her career portfolio in Executive Coaching, Investing in Property and has also taken a few chances in the world of Crypto Currency. She lives with her18-year-old daughter in London and Dubai.

Su has over 30 years’ experience collaborating in the corporate world. She started her HR career with one of the biggest retailers in the UK, after voluntary redundancy in 2016, she decided to take her experience and share it with a wider audience, this encouraged her to become an author, a brand and an influencer in the HR space empowering HR professionals globally.
