I have studied nature connection and use nature connection as a practice every day when I walk my dog, through photography, tapping intio the senses and the art of noticing. I identified a need for a relaxed meet up in the Derbsyire Dales for creatives that aims to connect people, reconnect to nature and take a moment out of the chaos to regroup. Using a light touch of mindfulness, my walks are a come as you are, non judgemental space where you can be yourself!
