Walking works really well for coaching sessions, as we tend to talk more freely when walking alongside someone else, rather than sat looking at them. But there are lots more benefits to getting out of our 4 walls and away from the screen!
Going outdoors helps you to relax and forget the stresses of the day, allowing you to think more clearly. Being close to nature can help inspire you to connect to what's truly important to you, allowing you to gain clarity on your career or life direction. Studies have even shown that walking actually boosts creativity.
