Promoting learning and social changeWorking in the international development sector we believe gives us the responsibility to promote social transformation and social change. To this end, we work with different partners to develop innovative approaches to development. Specifically, we innovate in the way we conceive Monitoring and Evaluation activities by focusing our attention on qualitative data and information. Our take on Theory of Change has a strong self-reflective component which underlines the need to work on an individual level before building up strategies on how to engage with multi-stakeholder processes.

Intangible capabilitiesIn our leadership and management development work we look at leadership presence, emotional intelligence, resilience, navigating networks and influencing skills. We focus on how leaders can flourish and have impact in complex organisations and settings.

Sharing KnowledgeOne of our strengths as an organisation is the ability to merge our experience from the field with academic theory. We promote knowledge sharing among clients and training participants in a way that everyone’s experience is valued and considered, so as to foster and embed learning. We believe everybody’s knowledge counts and we are very keen on giving voice to the tacit knowledge development practitioners often have but are not aware of.
