Dynamic Potential Academy (DPA) delivers creative, evidence-informed professional development for individuals, teams, and VCSE organisations. We help people strengthen collaboration, communication, and strategic thinking through hands-on workshops, interactive training, and neuroscience-informed learning.

Founded by Donna Jones, a Creative Leadership and Well-being Specialist, DPA blends creativity, psychology, and practical skills to support meaningful, lasting impact. Donna brings 15 years of teaching experience, a BA (Hons) in Fine Art, and a Fellowship in Higher Education Professional Practice, ensuring every programme is both inspiring and practical.
