The Personalised Care Training Academy is the training arm of Pathways Community Interest Company. Pathways CIC is a forward thinking, innovative, accredited Social Enterprise, which strives for continuous improvement.

Pathways CIC has been listed as one of the top 100 Social Enterprises in the UK (NatWestSE100), hold GOLD accreditation from Investors in People (IIP) and are identified as one of the top 10% of IIP employers, gaining the IiP Small Businesses of the Year 2020 Award.

Our vision is to provide outstanding personalised care training/development solutions. The hallmark of our Academy is its approach – delivering both off-the-shelf Personalised Care Institute accredited programmes, as well as bespoke outcome-focused learning programmes, designed to meet individual organisational needs.

Our curriculum is designed to deliver more than just training, but also measurable skills and knowledge that health and social care staff need to support the implementation of the NHS Long Term Plan and Comprehensive Model for Personalised Care thus, ensuring personalised care becomes ‘business as usual’.
