Midtown Community Benefits District

Since 1996, the Midtown Community Benefits District has been authorized by law to provide services across a 144-block area in central Baltimore. Our neighborhood advocacy and improvement group includes four distinct communities: Bolton Hill, Charles North, Madison Park, and Mount Vernon.
