Catalyst Stockton-on-Tees is the voluntary development agency for the Borough of Stockton-on-Tees.

Catalyst acts as the leading voice of the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise Sector (VCSE) in Stockton-on-Tees – estimated to bemore than 800 organisations. Catalyst takes the lead on the VCSE Strategy: an overarching document which sets out the relationship between the Local Authority and VCSE organisations and how they intend to work together.
