Helena Jevons is a passionate and inspired workshop leader, speaker and facilitator who founded True You Ltd. in 2009 to create courses and retreats to inspire, uplift and transform.

She works one on one with personal and business clients at helping them clear the energetic, belief and behaviour blocks which are preventing them taking their lives to the next level.

At the moment, however, she is particularly enjoying facilitating classes and workshops through Conservatory Capers which support individuals and organisations connect with their unique creativity - through poetry, music and fragrance (natural, handmade beauty products, perfumes and candles). She hopes conservatory capers will grow into a franchisable model which will allow women all over the country to work flexibly from home and use their conservatories as inspirational workshop spaces in their communities.

Helena is also a Strategy and Branding consultant responsible for developing & masterminding brands which are now globally recognised and facilitates voice workshops and ransformational processes in the UK on behalf of Edwin Coppard.  

She now lives between Brighton and Chelmsford thanks to a ''weekend fling'' which is, remarkably, very ongoing. Her life highlights include speaking at the United Nations in Geneva about Child Rights, being birth partner to a good friend for the arrival of her frst child,
