Torbay Steam Rally Association

The Torbay Steam Fair is run by the Torbay Steam Rally Association, formally the Torbay Steam Rally Group. The group was established in the mid-1980s to ensure that the Steam Fair would continue to run after The Devon Traction Engine Club decided they could not continue. The organisers pride themselves on being able to bring a new Steam Engine to the fair every year!
