Rosie Tadman Nutrition

I’m Rosie, a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist with nearly 10 years of experience supporting women with their health. From fertility to hormones to gut health, my work has always been rooted in understanding the body as a whole system.

For almost a decade, I worked 1:1 with clients. This followed on from my own Gut Health issues. It was a privilege to support people during vulnerable and often complex times in their lives.

But something began to shift. The world around us changed. The systems we live within became more pressured, more extractive. The cost of living rose. Time became scarce. And alongside this, I saw a growing desire for quick fixes - for bodies to do more, while being given less.

Health became something to optimise. Something to track. Something to perfect.

All while the wider foundations of health - community, connection, nourishment, the health of our planet - were being eroded. found myself questioning my place within this.Because how can we expect ourselves to feel well in systems that are fundamentally misaligned with human health? And how helpful is it to keep asking individuals to try harder, be better, optimise more - when the problem isn’t just the individual?

What I felt drawn back to was something much simpler - Nature, community, creating instead of consuming and learning from traditional practices, rather than modern hacks. Health that is lived - not performed.

This is where fermentation comes in. Not as a trend, but as a practice.

A way of working with food that is slow, alive, and deeply connected to both tradition and place. A way of remembering that nourishment doesn’t need to be complicated or perfect - it needs to be shared, experienced, and rooted in real life.

These workshops are an invitation, to step out of optimisation and into connection. To gather, make, and learn together. To reconnect with food, with nature, and with each other.

Not in a picture-perfect way - but in a way that is messy, joyful, and deeply nourishing.
