Im a business owner and freelancer and when I started my business back in 2016 I found I had to start networking as a way to build my connections and get "seen" put myself out there, - Insert all other cliches here! You get the idea ..

And so I went to what turned out to be a very corporate, very in your face type networking event for my first one, I walked out thinking I never want to do that again, its fair to say I hated every second! I also thought, there must be other business owners like me who would rather just chat and not be sold to and elevator pitched the shit out of. Turns out I was right.

So, I created my own.

Wee Bit Social Coffee & Chat is an Edinburgh based monthly networking event that does what it says on the tin. It's a less formal, less stressful coffee and chat with other business owners who also want to meet and expand their network, ( maybe even collab at some point) without having to wear a suit and have a business card thrust at them. And I genuinely love meeting other small business owners and connecting people.

I love Edinburgh so much and know lots of cool venues so it seemed like the perfect fit!

I also run evening events throughout the year as well as coworking events and workshops.

I've even been known to organise Fringe events during the Festival - just because I love it so much!

I like to call my events high vibe, low stress and they are 100% friendly and so welcoming! I'll even meet up with you first if you dont want to walk in alone, I get it.
