Friends of Kirkstall Abbey Park (FKAP)

Friends of Kirkstall Abbey Park work with the community, Leeds City Council and organisations like Wades Charity and Hyde Park Source to improve, restore and maintain the park. We are a constituted ‘Friends Of’ group. We aim to help the park be a fun, safe and ecological beneficial space. Our main projects at present are planting and maintaining trees and orchards, advocating for more meadow and relaxed mowing and working for a significantly improved playground.
