Hi, I'm Nicola Parish, an Embodiment & Pleasure Coach, a Reiki Master & a Wild Woman's Circle facilitator. I support women to reconnect to their bodies, their pleasure, intuition and creativity. I do this through workshops, private coaching, Wild Woman's Circles and different Embodiment classes and practices.

Often, when women come to me, they have prioritised everyone and everything else first, and it is time for them to find themselves again and come back to their true nature.

I am passionate about building a community for women to thrive and be in their pleasure in all areas of their lives, and to have tools and practices to support themselves and others through life's big transitions, such as grief, loss, perimenopause and menopause, health scares and issues. I believe we do this together as women, in community, and I share through circles and classes in my studio in Knutsford and Online.
