7 Dimensions Wellness CIC

We are a newly formed wellness community interest company with National Lottery funding for a 12-month Yoga and Aerial Yoga programme! The programme aims to support adults in the Washington and Sunderland area, who face barriers to physical activity through poor mental health, trauma, menopause, bereavement and low income.

This project aims to bring lasting benefits to participants by building strength, mobility, emotional resilience and social connection by regular physical activity as a sustainable part of their everyday lives.
