I’m Luz, a Brazilian Open Floor conscious dance facilitator and DJ, cacao guardian, sound healing practitioner and circle facilitator.

I’m passionate about creating welcoming spaces where we can move, connect and come home to ourselves. My Brazilian roots and deep love of nature are woven into my work, alongside music, movement, ritual and sound.

I offer intimate Women’s Garden Dances and cacao ceremonies from my private garden studio in North London, as well as mixed-gender conscious dance gatherings in Highgate.

My sessions are intuitive and varied, drawing from a rich palette of music and practices including conscious dance, breathwork, sound healing, cacao, ritual, poetry and deep relaxation. I love bringing elements of nature into the dance floor, ceremony and sound work, inviting a deeper connection with ourselves, each other and the world around us.

I believe embodied practices can be powerful pathways for connection, healing and transformation. Whether you’re joining a women’s circle, a cacao ceremony or a larger mixed-gender dance gathering, no previous experience is needed.
