Alicia (she / her) is a queer, trauma informed somatic educator and facilitator..

She is devoted to the exploration of sensuality and connection, deconstructing both externalised & internalised patriarchal distortions while empowering humans to integrate & own their life-giving sensuality, potency, joy & innocence. Her work is anchored in intersectional feminism, nervous system work, consent and creating safe(r) spaces. She is constantly questioning established norms surrounding gender, identity, sexuality and relational dynamics.

Somatic experiencing & bringing safety & presence to the body are practices that are central to all aspects of her work. Embodying sensuality, deep rest and creating community are some of her favourite forms of resistance and activism.
