My name is Jay-Antony Hastings. I was born in London, United Kingdom.

My aim from an early age was to become financially successful and started out in the corporate world working for a leading insurance and banking organisation of which I later moved into housing management.

I understood that even though I had the opportunity to work my way up the corporate ladder I would never be free to live a flexible financially free lifestyle, I embarked on different methods in order to achieve the financial success I desired. This ended up in me getting a great mentor onboard to help me within the digital marketing space. I was able to leave the day job behind and create a great financially free lifestyle in the process.

I am the Founder of 'Serious About Success' which is a training program used by budding successful entrepreneurs, business owners and high-performers to reach new heights in any successful venture. The company helps individuals that want to live a life with more purpose, as well as financial and time freedom. I've coached thousands of people through my courses, mentorship and accountability. I speak on BBC radio regarding the importance of mentorship as well as reaching thousands of people around the world from the stage. The SAS (Serious About Success) members are individuals dedicated to the improvement of their lives so that they can access opportunities for not just themselves, but also their families.

I created this program because I identified a huge gap between those people wanting success and those who are really achieving success. After creating a great flexible lifestyle and generating well over a million pounds in sales and commissions myself I set about creating a program designed to help everybody achieve their financial goals by instilling them with the mindset of champions.
