When we started building CW Female Entrepreneurs in October 2023, we simply wanted to create a space where women in business could connect, support one another, and grow together.

More than 200 events later — from monthly chapters and workshops to webinars and our weekly Connect & Grow meet-ups — we've realised the real magic isn't in the numbers. It's in the relationships. Watching women back one another, build together and become genuine friends has been one of the greatest rewards of this journey.
