HEARD. Studio
Lara Leeves is the founder of HEARD., a growing global community for women who discovered their ADHD later in life.
Created following her own late diagnosis, HEARD. was built to bring women together who have spent years feeling misunderstood, overwhelmed, different, or unsupported, only to later discover they are neurodivergent.
HEARD. Studio is the creative and collaborative arm of the community, bringing connection to life through workshops, wellness walks, podcasts, support circles, guest speakers, online events, and creative collaborations.
Through relaxed in-person walks, support drop-ins, Zoom sessions, and community-led experiences, HEARD. creates welcoming spaces where women can feel seen, understood, and less alone. No pressure, no judgement, just honest conversation, connection, and calm in the chaos.
Every event and collaboration through HEARD. Studio helps support the wider mission of HEARD., with profits and donations reinvested back into the community to help grow awareness, support, resources, and future projects for women navigating life after late-diagnosed ADHD.
