Sea Change Therapy & Coaching was founded by Donna Garratty to support professionals who are managing significant personal or emotional pressure while still needing to perform at work.

Donna works with leaders, business owners and high-functioning professionals who want to stabilise emotional intensity, protect their decision-making, and avoid long-term disruption to their professional position during challenging periods.

Her work is practical and structured. It focuses on emotional regulation skills that can be applied immediately - not theory for its own sake, and not forced positivity.

In addition to one-to-one client work, Donna delivers professional workshops and accredited training in Thought Field Therapy, equipping attendees with responsible, protocol-based approaches to reducing emotional intensity in themselves and others.
