We’re an independent drinks merchant specialising in unique, well-made and tasty bottles. Based out of our shop on Lavender Hill, London, the Spy team has 20+ years experience in drinks retail, trade wholesale and hospitality. Along with a free-flowing enomatic tasting machine and popping open a bottle of Champagne every Saturday, we run a series of Masterclasses. Thursdays from 7:30pm, these evening sessions see us pouring celebrated producers alongside under-the-radar gems. Join us as we offer insightful explanations in a relaxed atmosphere while we drink and chat, all with the aim to explore, understand and enjoy!
