The culinary adventures of a travelling baker
Born in Naples, I'm the fourth generation baker in my family. My family owns a bakery in Pollena Trocchia in the Vesuvius National Park, near Naples. It was there where I was taught by my grandmother Maria from an early age.
After graduating at 18 from the cookery academy of Pollena Trocchia, I started to work full time in my family bakery until I was 22 when I began traveling the world, baking along the way. Now living in England for almost 10 years, I work as a baking teacher and I teach various categories of courses in different venues in Essex, Suffolk and London areas.
