Empower Training delivers practical, engaging training designed to give people the knowledge, skills and confidence to make a difference.

Based in Staffordshire and delivering training across the Midlands and North West, we provide courses in first aid, pre-hospital emergency care, mental health, safeguarding, education and professional development.

Our events range from accredited and regulated qualifications through to short CPD sessions, workshops and free community training.Our trainers bring real-world experience into the classroom. They have worked across healthcare, emergency response, education, safeguarding and other frontline environments, allowing them to bring subjects to life with practical examples, realistic scenarios and experience that goes beyond the course manual.

We also invest heavily in our trainers, encouraging ongoing CPD, skills practice and regular updates so that the training we deliver stays relevant, current and grounded in practice.
