At YouthBuild Ventures UK, we back young people to lead, grow, and thrive. We meet them where they are, walk with them every step of the way, and build spaces where they feel seen, supported, and ready to unlock their potential.

Young people are at the heart of everything we do. We work with them as partners, not participants — recognising their strengths, listening to their goals, and helping them shape their own path through one-to-one support, mentoring, and leadership development. As part of the global YouthBuild network, we connect them to a worldwide community of changemakers.

We work closely with industry partners, particularly across construction, to design programmes that reflect real jobs and real opportunities, helping young people build the skills and mindset employers are actually looking for.

Through Opportunity in Action, our series of live community circles and webinars, we bring young people, employers, and industry leaders into the same room and the same conversation — including events like our Women in DIY sessions. Because the people closest to the problem are usually closest to the solution, and they deserve a seat at the table, not just a mention in it.
