House of Community CIC is a community-led arts organisation based in East London, creating accessible creative opportunities that support wellbeing, connection and inclusion.

We work through pop-ups, partnerships and community spaces across the borough, delivering workshops, clubs and events for children, families and adults. Our events are welcoming, low-pressure and designed to bring people together through creativity.

House of Community CIC is home to a group of resident artists and programmes, including The Smiley Art Club, Lio’s Art, and Lille My Studio. Through these, we host painting classes, family art clubs, wellbeing-focused workshops, exhibitions and creative community gatherings.

Whether you’re joining a children’s art club, a wellbeing session, or a creative social event, our aim is to make art and culture feel open, supportive and accessible to all
