Pernilla is a CMA certified sound healing facilitator and Reiki practitioner, devoted to guiding others on a transformative journey towards self-discovery and inner balance. Mainly based in Bromley, London and Kent, she offers regular sound bath sessions for groups and 1-1 Reiki and Sound Therapy. Her work with sound and energy is inspired by her background as a yoga and meditation teacher and holistic practices, supporting healing on every level - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
