Academy of Cheese

 

Learn to taste cheese like a pro - for consumers, enthusiasts and professionals.

The Academy of Cheese provides a comprehensive industry recognised accreditation. We have four levels of certification culminating in Master of Cheese. 

The programme will build knowledge and skills in the full cheese cycle; from cheesemaking through affinage to selling to consumers – in both retail and food service environments.

Level One is designed to appeal to anyone with a personal or professional interest in cheese.

Proud to be part of London Cheese Month, organised by the London Cheese Project festival.
