Alexander Technique Imperial Wharf

The Technique is a simple, practical method, developed as a way for students to understand, and support, positive ways of using the body, avoiding habits leading to all kinds of body pain, and we aim to teach it with simplicity and clarity. We find the Alexander Technique fascinating and enjoyable, and like to share this enthusiasm in our lessons. We believe that learning the Alexander Technique should be an inspiring – and fun – journey of self-discovery. The Imperial Wharf Alexander Technique centre is a purpose built Alexander centre. It is owned and run by the Walter Carrington Educational Trust, a registered charity.
