Hi, I’m Alexandra Monasterio, a Broker Associate at Young Real Estate and a Real Estate Mentor. I started my career in real estate after transitioning from being an attorney in Venezuela. I earned my real estate license in August 2020 and now work as a Realtor in Florida, connecting with clients across the country.

I specialize in fix-and-flip properties and am dedicated to the Florida market. I hold the RSPS (Resort and Second Home Property Specialist) designation and Gold Key Certification. Since starting my real estate investment journey in late 2022, I’ve gained a deeper understanding of what clients need and how to provide personalized solutions.

I’ve successfully sold over 60 properties, thanks to my market knowledge and hands-on experience. As a licensed Notary Public, I also help ensure that real estate transactions go smoothly.

I’m passionate about giving back to the community, which is why I sponsor the Parent-Teacher Association at Waterford Elementary, support film students at Valencia College, and dedicate time to my non-profit organization that helps the homeless.

When I’m not working, I love reading financial books, watching movies, and spending time with my family. I enjoy connecting with my community and engaging with my neighbors.
