I am an ex-Programme Manager and Management Consultant who now loves to teach those in these professions about all the things I wish I had known back then. These are generally not the kinds of skills and competencies you will find in your technical textbooks or courses and so it is my personal mission to be able to share these essential skills as part of regular 'Lunch & Learn' style webinars.

As a certified Emotional Intelligence (EI) Practitioner and a qualified Industrial Psychologist, Programme and Project Manager with 25 years in corporate (both in the UK & SA) as a Business Change / Transformation / Project Manager, I offer a multi-disciplinary approach to my client services. Combining this experience with brain based Emotional Intelligence tools to demonstrate how to strengthen personal awareness to develop essential leadership skills. I support you to enhance your leadership presence using strategies and core skills that provide insight, feedback and the know-how to motivate self & others.

My work includes 1-2-1 coaching, mentoring as well as workshop facilitation, keynote speaking, customized training facilitation and Emotional Intelligence assessments; training and services. I am based in Durban, South Africa but supports her client base globally through online platforms.
